1. Services

Aurora Metal Recycling provides scrap metal recycling, junk car purchasing, and related services. All quotes are estimates and may be subject to change upon physical inspection of the vehicle or materials. Final prices are determined at the time of transaction.

2. Vehicle Sales

By selling a vehicle to Aurora Metal Recycling, you represent that you are the legal owner of the vehicle (or have legal authority to sell it), that the vehicle is free from liens, and that all information provided is accurate. A valid title or proof of ownership is required for most vehicle transactions. We reserve the right to decline any transaction.

3. Pricing

Scrap metal prices fluctuate based on market conditions. Prices quoted online or by phone are estimates based on current market rates and may vary at the time of actual transaction. We are not bound by prior quotes if significant time has elapsed or if market conditions have changed materially.

4. Payment

Payment is made at the time of transaction — either when you drop off materials or when we pick up your vehicle. We pay via cash or check. We do not offer deferred payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aurora Metal Recycling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kane County, Illinois.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
